Genus Codes is a binary analysis platform that allows users to submit executable files for malware analysis and search for function/binary matches in our database.

The Service is provided as beta software. This means:

- Data may be lost or corrupted
- No guarantees of availability or accuracy are made
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Upload malicious content intended to harm our infrastructure

- Overwhelm the Service with excessive automated requests

You retain ownership of binaries you submit. By submitting files, you grant us a license to analyze, store, and process them for the purpose of providing the Service. Analysis results and derived data (hashes, signatures) may be retained and used to improve the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ACCURACY OF ANALYSIS RESULTS, AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL GENUS.CODES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
